Intending to be a real hero this time, Kick-Ass trains and joins a superhero team called Justice Forever, led by Colonel Stars and Stripes. The story takes place two years after "Kick-Ass," with Red Mist becoming a supervillain and gathering a team of others like him to find Kick-Ass and get revenge for his father's death. A few major additions to the cast include Donald Faison as Doctor Gravity, Daniel Kaluuya as Black Death, and of course, Jim Carrey as Colonel Stars and Stripes. "Kick-Ass 2" features the return of Taylor-Johnson, Moretz, and Montz-Plasse, along with a handful of new actors in various roles.
